For bid / RFP to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

Flooring – County Wide Bid #12-MA-302, Contract Period is October 19, 2011 through October 16, 2014 – Bid established for the purchase, delivery and installation of Flooring:  Carpet, VCT, Sheet Vinyl and Vinyl Base as needed County Wide determined by the Maintenance Department.  Fourteen (14) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for down load and five (5) bids were received.  The vendor awarded is the lowest most qualified responsive bidder meeting specifications. 

Award bid as follows:

 a. Flooring – County Wide Bid #12-MA-302 - Recommend award to:

·      Teal Tile and Carpet Inc., 131 N. Cherry Street, Starke, FL  32091

a. Flooring – County Wide Bid #12-MA-302:  Estimated $864,000.00
